The blonde woman/receptionist is useless and rude, AC does not cool down, no conditioner, no tissues, towels have a smell to them, and on top of that, i forgot my dress in one of the rooms closets, and when i called them to check the lost and found the girl said “how are we going to find it a week later there were guests after you” do u not clean your rooms after check outs? And they lost my dress!
Bed sheets are not clean at all, sheets are stained. I asked for a king size bed they gave me two single put next to each other. Room Service takes a million years, i asked for nescafe and conditioner, conditioner “they dont even have it” and they took 3 years to get me my nescafe. Also, showers are not good, receptionist is was rude, vomit smell in the hall, and someone was so rude to me in the pool and i have no idea.
