Today is our second day at the hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet, and lush green setting. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived; we checked in half an hour late. It should have been ready by 2:00. One of the slides in the pool wasn't working, so the kids couldn't even slide. The afternoon tea served was stale and had a strong odor, so we couldn't eat it. When we asked, they told us they were just serving leftovers from yesterday, which was a huge disappointment. The lion's mouth in the Turkish bath isn't working. The evening tea in the lobby is paid for, which is surprising :) We've never encountered anything like this in our previous hotel experiences. Our room card didn't work today, and a new one was given, which didn't work either. The housekeeper said we'd been receiving these complaints for a long time. The IT representative came, but couldn't connect to the hotel internet on his computer. We connected to our own internet and solved the problem ourselves :) I hope these inconveniences are resolved through action, not messages.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The room and bathroom were dirty, like inside a toilet. The air conditioning was not working. There is no tissue in the bathroom. Although the staff was kind, they were incapable of handling people and checking online bookings. Even the items in the dining room are very dirty. Not recommended!
