Harma Boutique Hotel

A really nice, modern hotel. The hotel is not far from the promenade or the shopping street, with a supermarket just a 2–3 minute walk away. The room was modern and clean, and the service was excellent we received fresh towels every day, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily. (Thank you for your great work!) The pool area is located right in front of the main building. Although it’s small, it’s spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a lovely, modern bar offering good food, great drinks, and very fair prices. The staff working there, especially the bartenders, were incredibly friendly, always polite, helpful, and clearly dedicated to doing a great job. As for the food, what can we say? Just compliments! The kitchen team clearly puts a lot of care and love into every dish. Every evening featured a different dinner theme, from Italian nights to Asian-style buffets, there was something for everyone. Compliments to the chefs and kitchen staff, as well as the restaurant team, for such delicious meals and thoughtful service. From the hotel manager to the receptionists, especially Victoria, who welcomed us on our first day, everyone truly understands that when you're on holiday, you're looking for more than just a clean room, good service, and tasty food. Very nice spot with an excellent service from everyone! We arrived very late at night and dinner was already ready for us, and delicious. Very disappointing experience at Harma Boutique Hotel. We had to change rooms twice due to an almost unusable Wi-Fi connection, which seriously disrupted our stay. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, and the bed was uncomfortable… The issues just kept piling up. We were forced to leave the hotel earlier than planned due to the discomfort, but the management flatly refused to refund the unused nights. Staff were unhelpful and showed no willingness to resolve the situation. The only positive aspect was the buffet. Far below the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.
