The room is clean, spacious and quiet. It has wide lobby and entrance. Its an old hotel but they maintain the cleanliness. The breakfast has many options however taste its normal. Its near to one mall batam too so easy to find food.
Even this is not a new build hotel, but the place is so amazing! The lobby was big and there were lot of room in every floor Just extend my stay in here because this is so cozy to stay. And there are lot of food to eat at the breakfast restaurant
Booked 2 rooms, a junior suite and a executive twin superior. The rooms looked different from the pictures, but we managed to adjust with it. When i was booking i already mentioned that i needed an extra bed for the junior suite room , after arriving at the hotel i had to pay extra for the bed as they mentioned that i did not indicate which was ridiculous. The breakfast served was nice it had a variety, the pool usage was amazing. I have to emphasize on the cleanliness. The pillows and towels had yellow stains on them. One of the towels that we received even had a bug on it a really huge on, upon calling the reception to ask for an exchange no one turned up to give us a new towel or remove the bug from the towel. We had to take matters into our own hands and we put the bug in the dustbin and placed it outside the room. Other than that issue the rest of the service provided at the hotel was good :)
