Harmony at Tower Hill

This place was okay. Debated on 3 stars. We got Unit 1. Bedroom windows facing west. So when we checked in around 4:00 the sun was beating down...into the windows. We walked into a Sauna. The shades were not drawn. The A/C was off. The ceiling fan was off. We turned the A/ C on and the fan. Shut the curtains and went to dinner. Came back @ 7:00. It was 40 Celsius in the bathroom. Slightly less in the bedroom. So freakin hot..!! The rooms are okay. Older. But they did a nice job on the floors..!! Can't say it was quiet as room 1 is next to the highway. Plenty of road noise. The bed is decent. Soft, comfortable. Couch..ummm...stains that were partially covered by an old blanket.. But it is fully equipped. Fridge, cook top, microwave. Big bathroom. Nice towels. My suggestion to management is if you know someone is checking in, maybe make sure the shades are drawn. Turn on the A/C, turn on the ceiling fan. Would I stay here again...hummm. maybe. We wanted to visit Tower Hills wildlife park and this place is very convenient for that. You could almost walk there. I would have to think about it. Nothing wrong with the units. But our initial impression with the heat in the room was a set back...

Very clean, comfortable and quiet enough you don't hear the neighbour cabins when they are enjoying themselves. Fire Pit is amazing. Would be nice if the grass was green but hard during the summer. Great night away.

Had a claim about cleanliness of bed and bbq area what has been managed by the owners immediately. Durin checkin the cabin was at 45 degrees , wld have expected cooled room. Accommodation close to tower hill state game reserve park with wonderfuld nature and animal life.
