👍The hotel offers wide range of activities to do, golf simulation, table tennis etc etc, for most you need to pay, but the core price for the stay was lower than other **** hotels. They also have their own animator girl (Dory) who was always fun to be around and kept guests who wanted occupied with entertainment. Breakfast was amazing, and at the time of our check out - we mentioned one problem we had during our stay. Adam at the reception took initiative and called the director Mr Fulín and we were touched how much they cared to solve our problem. We left with the impression they care about their clients satisfaction. 👎I can’t agree with the dinner not having included water nor any drink in the price. Also filtered water welcoming you at the room would be appropriate. Also we didn’t feel 100% welcomed at first when we arrived (we looked like hikers).

The hotel itself is great, large rooms, some activities for kids indoor. Pool and parking for extra price. The hotel is undergoing renovation and drilling and construction work next door to ours completely ruined the experience. If you looking for some quiet vacation - it's definitely not the place to go

The hotel has a great location, especially for families with kids, as it’s right next to the ski lift and ski school. However, the prices are ridiculously high for what you get. The hotel is extremely outdated, with furniture literally falling apart. In the restaurant area, the chairs’ upholstery is peeling off, and the food quality for both breakfast and dinner is very poor, with limited options for vegetarians and non-pork eaters. The rooms are disappointing—many sockets didn’t work, and we had to test each one to find a functioning outlet. The beds are uncomfortable, with poor-quality mattresses, and what they call a “queen bed” is just two separate beds pushed together that constantly slide apart. The room was dark, with insufficient lighting, and the overall cleanliness was below standard. We didn’t have soap for two days, the room was missed for cleaning on one occasion, and we had to run and ask for fresh towels ourselves. The bed linens were not changed for the entire stay. Another downside is that almost everything inside the hotel requires an extra fee—gym, wellness area, and even parking (350 CZK per day and wait, 750 CZK if you want under the roof!!)—while many other hotels offer these services complimentary. The mini-bar is poorly stocked, and even basic water is not provided in the room. Overall, you’re paying only for the location, and that’s it. If you’re looking for comfort, service, and value for money, this hotel is not worth the price. NOT COMING BACK EVER!
