Harmony International Hotel Shenzhen

The receptionists who served us are very polite and professional, room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is also very strategically located near the metro with walking distance and there are convenience stores next to lobby.

Nice hotel, very spaccious rooms, clean. Big bathroom. Big comfortable bed. Very good breakfest But.. Internet connection was really slow and unstable, even when used provided cable connection instead of wifi. It is complicated to visit your colleagues if they live on another floor - your card lets you just to your floor. Little bit complicated control of all lights in the room - each is controlled by another controller in another part of the room, not possible to switch all lights off from one place - not a big problem, just "chinese" kind of solution :)

The hotel is a typical “Chinese hotel”. The room and infrastructure are excellent but it lacks some essential elements. The knowledge of English of the staff is limited (including the ladies at the reception) which makes it difficult to make your point. The fitness area was closed. International credit cards do not work. Breakfast is Chinese
