Harmony Rethymno Beach Hotel

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is of high quality, with a large and well-maintained property. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help in any situation. The food is varied and exceptionally tasty, catering to all preferences. The beach is pebbly, as is the entrance to the sea, so I recommend bringing special water shoes. The internet is free and works excellently, both throughout the hotel grounds and on the beach. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well maintained. The hotel also has a game room, ideal for spending the evenings. If you wish to play billiards or other games (except board games), these are charged separately, with fees ranging from 1 to 3 euros. If you would like to visit the town of Rethymno, you can purchase bus tickets (1 euro/one way) directly from the hotel shop. The nearest bus stop is no more than a 5-minute walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Just spent 9 days all inclusive and enjoyed every minute. The standard in the hotel was excellent and the staff were warm and friendly. The food was varied and delicious. Suited every taste including fussy children. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Expectations were not met. All I can say is that the food is good and tasty. It's not much at all, but you won't go hungry. However, there is nothing for comfort. In the rooms literally no shampoo or air conditioner, slippers for the room also no, at the request to issue said to buy in the store. Water. There was only one water in the mini bar. Only one bottle of water and when we asked where to take other water they said to take the same bottle and fill it from the cooler. I saw the cooler itself once by the bar. The room is not cleaned. Not even toothpaste! Claimed to be all inclusive and 4 stars but it's just some kind of horror. I only added a star because of the food.
