Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa

Centrally located it was so easy to get a grab to and from all the main tourist sites, could even walk to them as they were about 1km away but it was very hot to walk. The rooms were very clean, we stayed in the harmony suite with the jacuzzi which was great to have the big spa bath on the balcony. The service from the staff was fantastic every night they gave us a goodnight calcium wafers. The high tea included in our room pricing was great with champagne served along with a great variation of little treats. The buffet breakfast was also a stand out with variety from day to day with a mix of western and Vietnamese cuisine. We also had our anniversary over the date of staying and the staff made such a cute display for us. I could not recommend enough.

We arrived too early for check-in and were able to leave our bags. They serve us a fantastic welcome drinks set included Mocktail, fruits, ginger and coconut jam. The room itself was gorgeous and very clean. We used the pool and had a massage, both of which were a real treat! The location is also great - a short walk to the centre of Ho Chi Minh but far enough out that you can relax by the pool without being disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was delicious - it had something to suit all tastes. By far the greatest strength of Harmony Hotel is the staff! They were so attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived to the second we left. As well as helping us arrange our airport transfer/massages etc. they took a real interest in our wellbeing - repositioning air conditioning units for us whilst we were sitting downstairs and offering us showers after check-out! We felt very at home at Harmony Hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back in the future!

I appreciate the hotel's central location as well as the overall quality of its services.The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly and professional. However, we found that the attitude of the parking staff in the basement area somewhat affected our overall experience. Although this is a 4 star hotel, the communication and assistance provided by the staff in this area did not reflect the expected service standards. Instead of offering polite guidance, they appeared unwelcoming and unfriendly, which made us feel uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can improve this aspect in order to enhance the overall guest experience.
