Stayed for 3 days. Great service. My kid was not feeling well, requested some food for breakfast in bed from their breakfast resto. Great western food on their breakfast menu. Never missed. They had bubur ayam everyday on the menu, separated the bubur from the condiments, so there was safe food for moms with babies. Unfortunately something is wrong with our room’s bathroom door, wasn’t able to close or lock it, at all. But it was a minor problem during our stay.

The room service staff, Ramdan, is very helpful and diligent. I slept very well. There is not much stuff around so might need to take a taxi out frequently for food but it works for me as the hotel is near my company.

I will visit the hotel once or twice in a year. So have actually stayed the 4-5 times since then. I quite disappointed, but we can't expect much from a hotel in town and in an industrial area. What I really can't stand was. Hotel was a place for us to rest after a long day outside..is like our second home. The room given to me. Was like the room has not been occupied for a few days. Reason : that a strong stench from the bathroom towel.. The bed look clean on the surface , but underneath the blanket, the bed sheet I slept on. Seem unclean as the next day my body was so itchy. But I still have to give complimentary to the chef who make me good sunny Side-up for 3 straight morning..
