Harper Kuta Hotel by ASTON

Stayed here from Australia. Really good. Hotel staff spoke in full English and there was security at the front of the hotel with a boom gate (which is situated about 100m back from the main road off a private road) which made me feel at ease whilst I stayed here. Breakfast was amazing with an egg station with a full buffet of local and western (Australian) food.

Had a wonderful stay at Superior with a lovely pool view, perfectly located in the heart of Legian. The private alleyway leading to the hotel was a great feature, keeping the nightlife noise at bay and ensuring a peaceful rest. The staff were super responsive and helpful, which was much appreciated. One suggestion I had was to consider placing hand soap near the toilet to cater to different guest preferences _western used toilet paper, most Asian use water + soap for cleanliness. Additionally, the rugs in the rooms might benefit from a refresh or a different style to maintain their appearance. Overall, though, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Superior to others!"

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great with lots of pressure and hot water. The pool was nice. I didn't think a lot of the buffet breakfast. But that is just my view.
