Hotel with a heart and the heart is the people working inside. Friendly, warm and very proactive to your needs. Special mention to April, Rani, and Lia. Great buffet breakfast, and special menu if you stay for more than 3 nights. We took the deluxe room, room has the basic amenities. If for something to comment would be, toilet area can be more brushed. Overall, great experience. Kudos to Harper Hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the start. Check-in was fast and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bed was soft, and I had everything I needed. Housekeeping kept the room fresh every day. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. I really enjoyed eating there every morning. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay. I would love to come back and I recommend this hotel to others.

I recently visited Harper Malioboro and unfortunately experienced an exceptionally disappointing encounter. The front desk staff displayed a clear lack of hospitality, responding dismissively and unprofessionally to a simple request for assistance. This experience fell significantly below the expected standards of a reputable establishment. Given the gravity of this issue, I am currently considering taking formal legal action. I strongly urge the management to take immediate and decisive steps to address these shortcomings, ensuring respectful and professional treatment for all guests.
