Harrah s Gulf Coast A Caesars Rewards Destination

We enjoy this hotel/casino. The pool is also super fun, even when we take our children. The rooms are always clean, cool and quiet. Beds are also very comfortable. The hotel staff is super kind as well. Service at the pool was good, but you could tell the pool attendants were hoping it rained. Lol. They were definitely ready to be done for the day. But, the sun came out and it ended up being beautiful. The photo was the view from our room when a quick storm popped up.

We had arrived around 10:30 pm. Customer service from the desk was great. She was polite and very nice. Rooms were clean. We were not use to the very full pillows. The casino wasn't busy. It was clean and they have a polite staff. They have a non smoking area to play machines.

We love everything about the casino except we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready. I had to get a manager at 10:00 pm to get our room so I could take my heart meds Destiny at the front desk handled many upset guests with respect, kindness and grace as we all waited on rooms. She is a gem and deserves a shout out for her wonderful customer service. All the casino employees were amazing. Rooms are awesome. Bar service was excellent! Unfortunately we didn't have luck on the slots.
