Harrah's Cherokee A Caesars Rewards Destination

Such a beautiful place to stay! We have stayed here a couple times and it’s always so nice! We love the convenience of being in the same building as the hotel so we can come and go as we want and not have to worry about driving anywhere! Plenty of room to have play time without having huge crowds around you, there is a smoking room with slot machines if you are a smoker! Lots of places to sit outside by the water and enjoy the view and get fresh air! Outside pool is big as well and plenty of room to enjoy it!

We went there for poker tournament and concert and just loved how the casino hotel is there in the mountains. The gaming is great and the food court was very nice. Pool looked magnificent and the concert venue was great. Definitely go back again. Even left the casino at night to walk to gas station and felt very safe

Valet was great! Front desk not good. They were cold, unfriendly, slow, and seemed to be put out by having to do their job. Housekeeping was very friendly! Gordon Ramsey bar staff unfriendly, slow, also seemed put out by having to do their job. Food was mediocre at best, burger and crab cakes. We only tipped $20 because they really didn't care. Casino bartender we had was super nice! We got 2 drinks, draft beer (I was allowed to sample before choosing) and tequila rocks. Pricey, as expected, but we tipped her $20 because she was great! We will not be going back nor will we recommend them to anyone! Very disappointing.
