This is the first time I came to Bogor and it's so beautiful, when I went to the hotel, the hotel is very pretty...... The Bedroom is so beautiful... The hotel services is so good and I feels like I'm at home... It's perfect..... Thank you for the service on these view days

I extremely love Harris Hotel. It's my first time I come here and I feel truly joyful and very excited. The security team is so friendly. They are really kind-hearted. The room is perfectly wonderful, beautiful, and incredible. Everyone can come here easily because Harris Hotel is located nearby the main street. Thank you very much Harris Hotel I hope I can come here again next time.

We stayed with several other families at this 4-star hotel for 5 nights. However, it often felt like an outdated 3-star or even 2-star property. While the room was spacious, the bathroom was tiny, and the towels were worn out. We even spotted small cockroaches in the toilet. Although housekeeping came daily, they overlooked simple tasks like cleaning used coffee cups. Some drinking glasses were not adequately cleaned, and we noticed insects on some breakfast dishes. The breakfast offered various options but was heavily focused on Indonesian cuisine, providing minimal choices for Middle Eastern guests. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a crowded public area, far from major tourist attractions. On a positive note, the gym and the children's playground were the highlights of our stay. Overall, the experience did not meet 4-star expectations.
