Stayed at this hotel with my children and we had a wonderful experience. The location is extremely strategic — right beside the Batam Center Ferry Terminal and just across from Mega Mall Batam, which made it very convenient for shopping, meals, and getting around. We chose a sea view room, and it did not disappoint — the view was beautiful and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. It offers a variety of breakfast options and everything we tried was delicious, even the kids enjoyed it. I also really appreciated the water dispenser on each floor, which is practical and eco-friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a great choice for families or anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location in Batam.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with a relaxing view of the sea. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, catering to a wide range of tastes. I really enjoyed the cheerful and vibrant atmosphere of the hotel—it made the whole stay even more enjoyable.
