It was very nice to stay here even though was only for a night, we really enjoyed it. The rooms and the pool were very clean. I really like a clean hotel. Maybe next time we can try the food menu.
Hotel rooms are very clean, staff very kind supporting, couple friendly, ambiance is good. Overall best option to stay in Surabaya for family trip as well as business trip.
I had an excellent experience staying at Harris Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The breakfast menu was great, offering a variety of delicious options that changed daily during my two-day stay 👍 The facilities were good as well—I enjoyed using the gym 💪 and swimming pool 🏊♂️, both are clean and well-maintained. They also got me—a birthday cake—which truly made my stay feel special 🎂
