Harris Hotel & Conventions Malang

Super hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. You get 5 pillows which is a bonus. The shower is hot and the pressure is good. They have 3 different swimming pools. One is at least 30 metres long so you can do lengths. Also equipped with a gym not the best quality equipment but it will do for a pump. I would definitely stay here again.

HARRIS Hotel Malang provided a wonderful stay for my family despite the hotel showing its age since before 2019. While our room wasn't as clean and comfortable as we'd hoped, the friendly staff made up for it. The pool and garden areas were fantastic, and the breakfast offered a great variety of food. A definite highlight was the excellent restaurant. The only drawback is the hotel's location, which is a bit far from the city center, but we still feel it's a great place to stay.

Overall it was a good stay for the price. Pros: 1. customer service was amazing. The employees here helped us load and take our luggage to our room. Everyone asking if we need anything. Restaurant and room service were very pleasant and timely. All done with a smile. 2. The facilty as a whole has very good potential. Beautiful entry, building is very big, the pool is amazing (even with water slide), dining area is nice. Cons: 1. The facilities need a makeover. Walls all around hotel have smudge marks all over. They need fresh coat of paint. 2. The room needs attention as well. The smell of cigarette odor
