Harris Hotel Pontianak, A Hotel that provide nice quality of service. Clean place and strategic location in Pontianak city. Room is wide enough . Hotel facility are more than enough, with Pool and gym. And also gathering room. Although a problem with parking car in busy day
Was really disappointed that the pool coincidently closed during the period of our stay. Was really looking forward to have my relax time in the pool. Don’t be lazy
Harris is a somewhat decent chain hotel in Pontianak and one of the few brand-name franchises in the city, making it a popular choice. The stay was pleasant enough despite a few hiccups. There was a delay during check-in, which we could overlook, but we were shocked to find lipstick stains and other mysterious marks on the bed and pillowcases. We called the staff, and while they eventually came to change the sheets, it took about 30 minutes, which felt excessive. The service itself was good, but the response time could definitely improve. Another downside was the gym, as the machines were broken and unusable—a shame for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the massage area staff were overly persuasive, which made the experience less comfortable. Overall, while the hotel has potential, certain aspects need improvement to ensure a more seamless stay.
