Harris Hotel Raya Kuta Bali

Rooms are large. Has large shower and toilet. Small fridge and lots of cupboards as well. Service is 11/10, just perfect. Need teabags at night, no problem. Are vegan or vegetarian or allergic, special breakfast made for you. We had a TV without Youtube Netflix etc and ask if can change the TV, they did it. Any problem issue we have hotel staff help. Location is close to airport perfect for tourists and is in middle of all good attractins. Overall, best hotel I been to in my life. 100% recommend to anyone. 5/5 star.

Experience stay for 3 nights at this hotel is good! The service and foods are really good. Receptionists are friendly, they doesn’t hesitate to open the door for guests and help bring the stuffs. Got AC trouble after arrive at room twice after engineer went to fix it. The receptionist directly change my room, luckily not far from the previously. The room is very spacious.

I was booking for family room for nyepi's day... small bathroom and little bit hard to open the bathroom door, to much crack on the wall, the door at master bed can't lock,wifi not that good (maybe because nyepi),did'nt expect much for the view.BUT... the room smells good so still comfort because we spend more time in the room , clean room, the employee almost have prefect manners, the pool is good, they have pool for kids too, small gym but it's fine. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner...for me everything is good...
