⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We celebrated our 8th anniversary at Harris Resort Barelang Batam, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Dika at the reception for the warm welcome and smooth check-in—your professionalism and friendliness really stood out. All the staff we encountered were equally kind, attentive, and helpful. The food was superb—every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We truly enjoyed every bite! A highlight of our stay was the live band at Rock Salt Beach Club—Alex, Rani, and the drummer (sorry we didn’t catch your name!) set the perfect atmosphere for a romantic night by the beach. Their music added so much joy and energy to our celebration. 🎶🌴 Thank you, Harris Resort, for making our anniversary so special. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway! ✨🫶🏻🥰

My family and I enjoyed our short getaway here during a long weekend. The service of the staff here is excellent. It’s a kid friendly resort with a variety of things to do. They have an indoor playground with some toys. There was also a staff giving out balloon sculpture for the kids inside. The resort has 3 pools with warm water. There’s a fun water play area near the pool with bubble foam as well. My toddler really enjoyed it. Love the sea view as well. Barelang seafood is also near this resort and you can request for a buggy to drop you off there. They have some variety selection of food for breakfast as well. One tip is to bring mosquito repellant as there are a lot outdoors. I think they can improve on the breakfast selection of food, room floor cleanliness and replacing old books in the indoor playground.

Truthfully? This place is good, great for families. They have a few swimming pools, plus both wet and dry playgrounds for kids. The buggy service was smooth and convenient. It’s also very near a seafood restaurant. All you need to do is make a call, and the buggy will pick you up from your room and bring you anywhere within the resort including the Barelang Seafood Restaurant if you ask. Please try their Nutella pizza at Rock Salt Cafe. However, there are a few cons. Make sure to keep your shoes inside the room, especially if it rains overnight, they’ll get soaked. The flooring isn’t the nicest either; it looks a bit dirty. But it didn’t bother me since I wore their in room slippers. The toilet was clean and fine. Breakfast can be better. Edible but can be better. Oh and I couldn’t figure out how to switch off the balcony light 😂 Other than that, everything was good!
