I want to direct a special thanks to the guy working at the reception last night 7/8 (sorry I didn't get your name). I arrived late and tired with my motorbike and he made everything super easy with the check in and made me feel safe with parking my bike and settling with everything. My experience was excellent! The room was beautiful and spotless clean, the bed comfortable and the location really good. I'll definitely will come back & recommend this place 👌🏻

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, where we were welcomed by friendly staff who were helpful and explained everything we needed to know. We appreciated the option to refill room supplies ourselves whenever needed. The accommodation was in a pleasant, clean, and quiet area with a balcony. There was no noise from outside, and the location was perfect—close to the U-Bahn, tram, shops nearby, and a park within walking distance. We can highly recommend it. We would be happy to return.

Fantastic experience here and was the best place we stayed at during our month long Europe vacation. This is mainly because of the two lovely receptionists. They were really kind and accommodating of our requests. They gave us a free room upgrade and early check in. Also we could use the clean bathrooms and waiting area. Location is fabulous too with buses and trams at the door step!
