I want to give 100+ stars for the staff. Every staff was so helpful and kind. When I arrived, I was told there is no public swimming area 😫 which I did not expect at all. We stayed during the silence day- our plan was staying inside resort and swimming. I was so embarrassed but staff provided a pool down stair for us to use during our stay. So generous and thoughtful. Also when we stuck in the city the night before the silence day, staff organised a driver for us, so we could come back safely. Only thing I felt uncomfortable was the location. It was not in the middle of Sanur. So we had to take a Grab every morning to go somewhere. There is nothing to see around the resort. However , if you want to have quiet and romantic stay, this place will be perfect. Rooms were so clean and romantic. The whole resort was so nice. Foods in the restaurant were so yummy.

This hotel is amazing. The river is running next to the hotel's amazing view. They have a room with a private pool also. Breakfast was also nice i ordered the pancake & the fried rice it was amazing. The property is amazing for staying. The guy's name ardi in reception is also very polite. We got everything that was written in our itinerary. Thank you.

Dear Hotel Management Team, I understand that your hotel is currently undergoing an expansion, and while development is a natural part of growth, I believe that good hotel management must also consider the impact on the surrounding environment and neighborhood comfort. It has been nearly a year since the project began. While I’ve tried to remain patient and understanding, the disruptions have reached a point where they are affecting my daily comfort at home. The front area of my house has effectively become a drop-off zone for construction materials, and the movement of project vehicles is often unmanaged — including frequent revving and excessive gas use, which creates further noise disturbance. Additionally, temporary accommodations for workers have been set up, but I kindly ask that the atmosphere be made more respectful and comfortable for the people who actually live here, as this remains a residential area. Construction materials are being left along the roadside without proper boundaries, and the lack of cleanliness and discipline from some of the project team is also concerning. I respectfully request that your team work more closely with the contractor to manage the situation — by setting clear operational hours, providing designated areas for materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring respectful behavior from all workers. Running a hotel means understanding that comfort should not stop at the hotel walls — it extends to the neighborhood around it. A well-managed project includes thoughtful planning, time management, clear boundaries, and consistent communication with the surrounding community to minimize disruption. People who live here need rest! As someone who has worked in hospitality and managed various projects, I must say this reflects poorly on project oversight. This is the first time in years that I’ve felt this uncomfortable in my own home due to a neighboring hotel project. I sincerely hope your team will take these concerns seriously and implement improvements moving forward. Thank you for your attention!
