Hart Boutique Hotel

They were kind to let us leave our things as we were early. In terms of breakfast I like how much effort they make even with not many guests. Very friendly staff, but they are hardly on the reception if you need anything, only certain hours in the day, so just be aware. Room was nice and location is good! I will say, it was kind of tough to get into the building - I pressed the buzzer for the Hotel and someone answered who didn't speak English so there was some confusion initially and the road is very busy and noisy so I found it hard to hear them. We did get in eventually but it was kind of confusing!

exceptional service and great space! our room had plenty of space and the bed was super comfortable. we are travelling with a 1 year old and only stayed one night but it was perfect for us. matteo at reception and the beautiful lady who made breakfast were so very kind to us and our son. very available, helpful and generous. wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This place misrepresents itself as a hotel. It is not. It’s a bunch of rooms in an apartment building. So discouraging. First off, you arrive outside at this apartment building and you press the Hart button. It does not have its own entrance. When you press the button, no one answers for 15-20 minutes. Once you enter, there are no signs to get in and it took me a long time to get the staff to help me through texting. Once I finally got in the place, there was a sign that said there is no customer service. Horrible! It’s not a hotel. Basically, it’s in an apartment building with rooms and no service. Be aware of this. They falsely communicate it’s a regular functioning hotel. I did report them to Booking. Do not stay here if you want a hotel.
