This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff makes you feel so relaxed and so special. They’re there for you no matter what you need. It’s so family friendly and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Here are the best parts: - The friendly staff that helps set up reservations at the best restaurants - The baby cot and chair and bathtub that’s waiting for you in your room when you arrive - The relaxing pool surrounded by beautiful jasmine flowers - The 2 min walk to the beach which has Harvey beach chairs and umbrellas for you - Plenty of beach toys for the little ones - incredible view over the pine forest in Pineta We will be back soon!!!
In my Opinion this is the Best Hotel in Jesolo. Very short walk to the beach, there are Umbrellas with Little tables and seats on the beach that belong to the Hotel for their guests, the Hotel has a pool and they even serve Drinks to the pool. There are spots to park your car and you have a kitchen in the room in case you wanna cook instead of going out to eat. The breakfast is very good! Actually the best breakfast I have ever seen in Hotels. The Girls at the reception were all very helpful. They gave us Insider Information about what Restaurants are good and they were right! At our stay, someone jumped over the wall and turnd off the air condition for the whole Hotel. As soon as they figured out, they build a fence around the house were the air condition is inside. We had to be without the air condition the first night, but the staff was so helpful and brought us two fans and let us Keep them till the end of our stay. Every day the rooms get cleaned and the bed Sheets get changed. We (Me, Pregnant Wife, Kid) enjoyed our holyday very much! Thank you!
Somebody needs to re-evaluate the "stars" of this hotel. In our opinion, these must have been awarded by standards of the 70s. Those times must also be the last time this "hotel" got an upgrade. The furniture is old and has the marks of years in use. Walls are patched in various places to cover what seems to have been mold. That could also explain the terrible smell when entering the apartment. The bathroom is a joke, again from the 1970s and the rust and silicon and grout patches are again the norm. We didn't feel the slightest desire to use the shower and be naked inside. Even the idea of it is still sending shivers down my spine. The double bed from the room was actually two individual beds put together which were moving independently at their discretion. They were also pushing against a headboard which one would think twice before touching it with any parts of their body let alone their head or face. The extendable sofa bed in the living room was made of the same material as the headboard in the bedroom and was wearing the marks of time even worse. Again, one would think very hard before putting their kids to sleep on that thing. It looked dodgy and worn out parts where sticking from each corner. The TV was something more of this century, a whooping 15" LCD screen from some brand I never heard about, placed in a position that would allow you to watch it only from the kitchen table or balcony but due to its size even that might have been a challenge. We didn't even bother turning it on so we can't tell if it was just for decor or actually working. Considering all the rest we think it was probably the latter. Ah, the door knob... Almost fell into our hands. One of those balls that you are supposed to only grab and push once the key with its heavy room number attached to it has done its job of unlocking the door. Unfortunately for the hotel owners and the 'beautiful' mind who thought of this mechanism, there are plenty of knuckleheads who most likely tried to twist the ball handle in an effort to get the door open, which pulled the damn thing almost totally from the screws that were holding it once tightly connected to the door. The elevator is mostly there as a box to lift your luggage and act as a bottleneck as it is slower than taking the stairs in any direction. The breakfast room is small and oddly shaped which makes it hard to move around. We have to admit that the personnel was nice and really did their best but there's only so much you can do with an old facility. Bottom line, we left the next morning and found a much better hotel. A real 4 stars(it should be even more) and payed the exact same amount. We would advise anyone interested, to steer away from this hotel and look for newer ones as there definitely are in Lido di Jesolo.
