Love this place. Location is excellent. The service starting from front desk (they connect with you when you are close to you ck in time to be sure you are right ) Rooms clean, well maintained, beautiful view(mine was breathtaking) Housekeeper friendly, ready to help with your needs. Moises from the buffet breakfast area is extraordinary 👌, excellent service and attention. The security guy, the front desk team. Everybody!!! I only stayed for 2 nights but definitely I will be back. Well recommended! And as a former Housekeeper Supervisor, I am very picky and if something is not good I say it.

Important note for sensitive individuals: This hotel uses strong air fresheners in the lobby and elevators — something to seriously consider if you’re sensitive to scents or chemicals. I had a pretty disappointing experience at Hashtag 98. The rooms are tiny — clean, yes, cute, yes but with barely enough space for one person, let alone two. There was no place to store my luggage comfortably, and it would be a tight, frustrating fit for couples or anyone traveling with more than a carry-on. I booked a standard room. The TV in my room was broken, which added to the irritation, but the real issue was the noise. If you’re in a corner unit, there’s a constant and inexplicable clicking sound you’re forced to endure — and yes, it’s on every floor. Add to that the booming music from the rooftop if you’re on a higher floor, and you can forget about peace and quiet. Even the sheets didn’t feel right — they made me itch, which isn’t exactly what you want when trying to sleep. The location is excellent— many nice restaurants around. Felt safe. Bottom line: It’s loud, cramped, and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I will give NEGATIVE 5 starts if i can Misrepresented as a 4-star hotel — noisy, tiny, and poor service I booked this property expecting a 4-star hotel stay. What I got instead felt more like a noisy party hostel. • Noise: ZERO soundproofing. There’s a bar/club downstairs blasting music until 2am. Inside my room, it was like being in the middle of the dance floor — impossible to sleep. • Room size: So tiny I could not even open my suitcase fully. • Hot water: Only warm at best, not actually hot. • Service: Staff were rude and dismissive. When I raised complaints (noise, room, amenities), they showed no interest in helping. • False advertising: The property is rated 4-star but does not meet that standard in comfort, amenities, or professionalism. If you value sleep, comfort, and respectful service, avoid this place.
