Cosy hotel for families with young children! Free cultural events in high season at the Kleinkunstbühne with pub. Highly recommended as the whole landscape is cultural somehow "dead". Empty streets in the evening in WR, GS, Bad Harzburg, Halberstadt etc.
Nice spot of nature if you’re nature lover and would like to run away from stress. The staffs gave me the feeling that they love their job and love to serve you. We have the Honeymoon room and I love it! It‘s worth for that money. 4 stars instead of 5 are just to give them a hint, next times at Christmas Buffet, just notice guests if they book the Christmas package that it wouldn’t be Christmas food because of children. For my feeling, Christmas Buffet was not as good as the buffet on normal day. We were a little disappointed but ok, they have all of the plus points from room, service and staffs.
Early Arrival was possible. Appreciated. Room next to elevator, you hear every moving of the elevator. Reaction of Reception: "please avoid this room by booking„. Oh really thank you Breakfast okay, but poor dinner. Sorry but no taste and quality.
