The hotel boasts a prime location, nestled beside the town, making it an ideal base for shopping and dining. Its proximity to the majestic sand dunes is an added bonus. Our spacious room was comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. They efficiently arranged our 4x4 and camel ride excursions, ensuring a seamless experience. The hotel's culinary offerings were also impressive, with delicious dinner and breakfast options that exceeded our expectations. What truly impressed us, however, was their exceptional service upon checkout. After inadvertently leaving some belongings behind, the staff promptly contacted us, allowing us to quickly retrieve them.

We dined at the restaurant here during our travels through Merzouga and could not have been more impressed. The service was outstanding and the meals was even better. My wife and I enjoyed the refreshing Moroccan salad on the hot summers day.

The hotel is excellent if you are staying in Merzouga. We didn’t know whether to stay in a desert camp or hotel but we are so happy to have stayed in the hotel. It’s number one in the area for a reason. The friendliest staff, excellent breakfast and the location is perfect as they have the camel rides and quad bikes next door and the hotel charges low rates for these. It takes the hassle out of arranging these with a third party. Very clean rooms and very importantly - no creepy crawlies! We were concerned about this element but thankfully we had nothing to worry about.
