Hassler Roma

I spent two unforgettable days at Hotel Hassler Roma, and I can say with certainty that this place is truly special. From the very moment of arrival I was welcomed with warmth and sincere attention, which immediately created a feeling of coziness and care. The service here is of the highest level: the staff is very professional, polite and always ready to help. It is especially pleasant that the hotel pays attention to the little things - from perfectly cooked breakfast to impeccable cleanliness in the room and exquisite interior design. Every detail at the Hassler Roma has been thoughtfully designed to make guests feel welcome and important. The atmosphere here is conducive to relaxation and enjoying every moment of your stay. The view of Rome from the hotel terrace is simply mesmerizing and adds a special charm. I am really impressed with the experience and am already planning to come back here again.

Situated in one of the most interesting and beautiful parts of Rome, at the top of the Spanish Steps, the Hassler is a phenomenal hotel. Edoardo and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent and personalized stay for the beginning of our honeymoon. Thank you, and we hope to return soon!

The hotel is situated in an excellent spot on to of the Spanish Steps On arrival the welcome was very warm However was disappointed in the shower facilities it was an ancient shower head where the temperature could not be controlled and the shower itself a mere trickle not what you would expect from a five star hotel .. did not improve even after maintenance said it was fixed . The morning breakfast staff were very pleasant and attentive The concierge on the other hand left a lot to be desired my husband lost his phone in a cab ordered by the hotel and there was no urgency to help !and as for help regarding tours and trips that were not forthcoming One of the managers was more than helpful one day when housekeeping did not make our room .. she really made us feel valued The roof top bar and light meals on floor 7 offered only a snack and drink when we were booked for an evening light meal felt they very uncomfortable with the lack of service and left with our drinks half finished Loved Rome and would return again but do not feel it would be at the Hassler not sure it is the luxury it promotes. Unfortunate as the other staff all very nice and helpful
