Spotless hotel with a great staff, a delicious breakfast and a rooftop that permits you to quickly get a glimpse of the energy of the streets around. The rooms are comfortable and sound insulation is very good. Great location in district 1
As you arrive you think "what the foof". The hotel is located on a bustling traditional food lane, full of atmosphere and bustle. Fear not, walk through the door and quality descends. If you have a room with a view, the view is awesome. Room size, above average for a city boutique. Breakfast, a very good selection both hot and cold food. Eggs over easy, omelette, all cooked to order. Location. You can't get anymore city centre than this. The pics are from the rooftop bar/restaurant.
I was very disappointed with the experience I had at your property. The service provided was not worth the amount of money I paid. The room was small and cramped, far from what I expected for the price. The bathroom had water leaking all over the floor and a strong, unpleasant odor. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unstable, which made it difficult to work or even browse the internet. The room was not soundproof at all — I could clearly hear what was going on in the neighboring rooms, which seriously affected my comfort and privacy. The front desk staff were unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. Breakfast was extremely poor, with very limited options. Most concerning of all, I witnessed a kitchen staff member using their bare hands to handle food directly on the buffet line — this is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective.
