Carpet has a musky smell. Sofa is fabric, not clean. Toilet is reasonably clean. Water heater worked well. Bath towels have stained. Mattress is okay, reasonable rest, you will not feel the pocket spring. Pillows are not flat, good. They provide bedroom slippers, standard toiletries. Air-conditioning in the room worked fine. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in the city of Melaka but you need to walk a bit to the popular spots like Jonker Street etc. My room was quite big, and my bed was super comfortable with clean crisp linen and large fluffy towels. They have an amazing pool and a well equipped gym. The reception area is huge and the team is friendly. There is also a shopping arcade on the ground floor of the hotel, next to the lobby. Of course, my favourite place is the lounge on the top floor because it has a fantastic view of the city and you can sit here to enjoy some cocktails and chill. Their cocktails were well made, and they started serving very early each day. The hotel also has a car park for guests so it is very convenient for those who are driving in for the weekend.

I love this hotel because its easy access and a walking distance near to the attraction places. Easy to find food. Location : 5⭐️ Thank you to the staff for allowing us to check in early. We were exhausted after walking around the tourist spots and thought we’d have to wait in the lobby until 3PM to check in. But luckily, our room was already ready, and we were able to settle in right away. Check in : 5⭐️ The room was spacious and big. However, the fridge in our room was broken and had a bad smell. It wasn’t usable. We didn’t file a complaint since we didn’t have any food to store in it. Room: 4⭐️ Breakfast at 7am and the food was good. Food : 5⭐️
