Our stay in Hatton Garden Hotel was completely perfect! The hotel was inviting and the room absolutely spotlessly clean. Spacious bathroom and fantastic shower. Comfortable bed and air conditioning made our stay very comfortable in London summer temperatures. Would definitely recommend and without hesitation would return. Very friendly staff and we were able to leave our bags in a lock up while we shopped. Great location for access to Oxford Street. Excellent all round.
Very smooth booking through trip.com late night easy check in. My partner and I had a very good sleep. AC was working. Clean room, nicely decorated and chic. Very nice clean bathroom. We loved it. Many thanks to all your staff
24/7 reception desk was amazing as we had 9hr flight delay and arrived very late. Therefore, we really appreciated that we could find someone at that time. Room Service was also great - I meant for complimentary water and muffins plus other amenities like toiletries etc. At check out, she also helped us keep luggages there in a safe place instead of us carrying them the whole day. Overall the hotel was great and the location makes it even better. Highly recommended and definitely will make use of it when in London again.
