The hotel placed at nice place. View was quite good. Food here is not expensive. Kids friendly. Kids will enjoy here. Bathroom have to improve in cleaning. Rooms amenities have to improve.
I called them but they never called. So please don't say to call you. You are not reliable I won a holiday package and they invited us for a tour but I discovered that they did that to persuade to buy their own holiday packet. Unfortunately we had to listen to their marketing nonsense for five hours. We decided not to accept their package but we will take their gift pack. The moment they knew this, manager changed his attitude and then they blocked me from all the numbers they called. They are scoundrel and liars. I do not trust them. They made the same thing with my friend.
Went in asked for 2+1 was given 2+1 but there was water leaking from the ceiling. They weren’t doing nothing about it. This very disgraceful service which is my first time being here. The workers has no manners whatsoever or respect for their customers
