So the location is perfect and the drift to the sea is free.

The entrance is nice, the Suite we had for 6 People had some problems, leaking shower tray, one of the toilets had a few issues, quite poor Decor for the price, some peeling paint. The facilities are OK but there were a lot of things not maintained and working properly, fixtures and fittings need replacing, handles falling off. One thing to be careful of is, third party vendors sounding like they work for them but don't, so when you book, not giving the correct information or prices, you may find an increased charge on arrival and very rude responses when the third party contacted. The reception staff at that point are not helpful as they try to suddenly double the price. I would rate this place a Three star. It needs work to tidy up and, some staff quite argumentative. That 'Luxury' touch isn't there but, that average package hotel feel was.

I have been in MANY hotels now and I know what is a great service. While there are some positive points, there are like dozens of negative ones. That's why, please read the reviews before you invest time and money for a stressful and bad holiday. cons: - They don't take our complains into consideration. We asked them many times to clean the room but they don't listen, we stayed four nights and our room were cleaned for only one time. - The internet is bad - The payment in the hotel is stupid, they don't accept to charge the expenses on our room so we can pay when we check out, which means you need to carry your cards and cash when you are going to the SAUNA!! - Tables were shaking they didn't even bother to put a stake or fix them so we don't get annoyed of that movements when are having our meal. - When our room were cleaned, they didn't change the towels. - They charge for anything is the hotel even the water. - They serve the water in plastic small and low quality bottle (you can see it in the picture). - We tried the massages there and the massage room was in the hallway were I can hear all the noise and people's voices. Not a relaxing experience at all!! - They didn't serve tea or any drinks in the dinner even though there are desserts and we all like to drink something hot with desserts. If you want to drink something you need to go to the cafe but you can't take your desserts with you, as they say. - The bathtub has a small door which makes the water splashed around the ground when you finish your shower. - We went there, we're two adults to take rest but the children noises were annoying especially when it's 12 a.m and you just want to watch something in your room and relax. I don't think they make sure that families should be in a different part where singles or couples can come and take a rest without being annoyed with such noises. - They started drilling works besides the swimming pool where people are swimming and enjoying their time. It was so noisy and annoying. Pros: - Men who in the reception are friendly. - The hotel's space. - Room was nice. - It's quite generally. Eventually, you can still go there expecting all of that but I definitely recommend finding another hotel. There many ones with great services. We wanted to stay there longer but honestly we decided to end our holiday and get back home earlier because of their service. So disappointed.
