The reception is magnificent. You can see smiling faces everywhere.. The rooms are spacious and the comfort level is high. It offers home comfort. The cleaning is sensitive and detailed. The density of the hotel is generally at a good level. It is always an advantage to make a reservation in advance. They will soon start their new projects such as large pools and aqua park in the outdoor area. It is a hotel especially preferred by tourists entering our country from abroad. It is very good that it is close to the Bulgarian and Greek border gates and is the gateway to Europe. All is Perfect.

We stayed at the New Year’s night. Facilities are wonderful. A great value hotel in the tranquil outskirts of town. Personnel is very friendly and cheerful. Spa center is very professional and reasonable prices for massages. There’s a thermal pool, Finn Sauna, and Steam bath. The thermal pool temperature was extremely high, we couldn’t stay in the water. Water temperature was 38 Celsius degrees while the air temperature was 32 C. We took massage service from the list of various massages. We were pretty satisfied. Great service! The rooms were clean and tidy. There’s a kitchenette in the room where you can prepare quick meals. The TV on the wall was too small. This can be improved I believe. The bedroom had a nice and spacious layout with a wardrobe, nightstands and a dresser. The interiors were great, and it was obvious that the hotel was kept in good shape. The restaurant is on the rooftop with plenty of seats and with overlooking town views.

I had to make my bed by myself. They didn’t put bedsheets. Only a soft blanket. It was so hard to explain them, no one understand simple English. I Pay the second night and I decided to leave . I asked before arrival please a quiet room , I asked to the reception at my arrival. I asked next day after I couldn’t sleep because the traffic. The bathroom door doesn’t close. The aircon is not enough, when I arrived the room was at 32 degrees, then after it cool to 25. The amenities are so cheap, the shower gel is blue color. I have to forget my driving to this place. Nothing to do there. This hotel is a joke for my standards. I never ever had a bed without upper sheets.
