Service is bad.. The front desk personal is not helpful. They give you a number which no one answers. It will be difficult if you are making a booking from overseas. Whatsapp calls not answered and no messages are replied. The breakfast is very basic. The owners are not bothered about any of this issues. Note: I have stayed in this hotel 3 times thinking there will be some changes to it. A BIG NO NO ... WHY SHOULD I SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS HOTEL WHEN I CAN GET A BETTER SERVICE AT OTHER HOTELS... THANK YOU.
The receptionist demanded a deposit of 1000฿ per pax which didn’t make sense. What is the rationale behind collecting such a high amount of deposit? Other hotels collect maximum 500฿ only. When requesting additional drinking water, they want to charge us. FYI, we come in a group of 10 and paid thousands for total of 4 rooms, why don’t you just give out free? The rooms are beautiful, but the customer service is zero flexibility.
All is good but not receptionist, needed 1000 baht cash for deposit, but not flexible to refund immediately if check out separately. Furthermore, room only provided 2 bottle water if request extra 15baht per bottle. Pro: They provide good breakfast though.
