Haven Oceana

Wow! The Beach Havens is spectacular. The host, Leesa, very graciously gave us a tour of the upper duplex for a special getaway that we are planning once we get through moving house! The views over solitary island took our breath away, framed by the lush tropical gardens. I can’t wait to chill out on that enormous deck. The rooms have been beautifully appointed, exuding style AND comfort. All creature needs have been catered for in this luxurious, clean, accommodating escape. Bring it on! Thanks Leesa 🙏

Just spent a week at Haven Oceana with the family and… wow. A mate recommended it after staying a couple of times, and now I get why he wouldn’t shut up about it. This place is something special. We arrived - me, my wife and our two kids—and within minutes were blown away by the space and that incredible view from the deck. It’s huge. I messaged Leesa to check if it was okay to have two extra guests for part of the week. She got back straight away, super friendly, no dramas at all. My sister and her husband joined us that night. Everyone had their own space to relax, and the kids loved spreading out with the board games and books provided. The house itself was absolutely pristine. Not just clean, as my wife said - spotless. Like, every drawer, every surface, gleaming. A different feel to other AirBnBs where it seems they are just turned over in a rush between guests. We had a couple of days of rain and it’s just a really easy place to be - great kitchen setup, big comfy beds, coffee machine (major win for us). And you’re only a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach, literally an easy stroll in thongs. The surf was pumping most mornings and the kids spent hours on the sand. Leesa, the host, was fantastic. Really easy to deal with, friendly, responsive, nothing was too much trouble. We asked if there were any extra towels and she had her cleaner drop them off within the hour. Can’t beat that kind of service. The design of the place is seriously well thought out - clean lines, loads of light, natural textures, everything just works. My wife and sister were absolutely drooling over the decor. There are little touches everywhere that lift the whole experience - branded bathrobes, beautiful toiletries, even umbrellas in case it rains. And the hard cover Welcome Book? Packed with useful tips, great local spots and even some interesting history of the area. Both kids and adults learnt a lot from it. It really felt like we were staying somewhere that had heart. Already planning our return trip. This place makes you feel looked after in the best way. Only downside was packing up to leave.

I recently booked The Beach Havens for my 40th birthday. I invited 4 girlfriends and we spent a long weekend lounging on the day beds looking at the ocean. Absolutely stunning!! This property took our breath away. Leesa was accomodating, quick to responded and easy to deal with. I arrived to a bottle of Prosecco and a happy birthday card! Thank you Leesa and Mark. Your property is a dream, spotless, full kitchen to cook up a storm, walk to the beach, inspiring in design and incredibly relaxing watching the waves from the balcony. Second time booking (first time Haven Oceana, and booked through the website, we stayed in Tropicana last time which was equally beautiful). 5 stars!
