Its friday 23rd of may and i came here the guy gave me a card of room 205 telling me its room 206 then he confirmed i try to access my room 205 it didnt work the one worked is 206 and i need to confirm he gave me no wrong card and im waiting now for 20 minutes and no one to serve me even at the desk this is very disturbing …
Very rude staff (administration) Check if you were charged more money for a room at the reception. They are rude and threaten the guests. Very very bad service The staff who cleaned the rooms and cooked the food is good, thanks to them for their hospitality. The administration sitting at the reception needs to learn to be polite!!!
