Love it
The place is great, good beds to sleep, clean. We didn't like the noise, were thinking it's a nice and quiet place in nature. Not at all. From 8 in the morning loud music is everywhere. Staff isn't friendly. They act as a computer. Nothing a personal touch. We had breakfast in the restaurant. Again loud music. Was difficult to have a conversation. Asked if the music could be lower. They said yes, but did no... Eggs were cold. Very disappointed in this beautiful place with much potential.
Great place, bad customer service, terrible conditions. Place is beautiful but their staff is extremely rude, plus the bedsheets, towels and bathroom was all dirty. On top of that, there is no wifi and minimum cellular signal. I would avoid this place, there are better alternatives around the area that are much better!
