Hawke Brook Chalets

Beautiful guiet peaceful place to stay, surrounded by trees and wildlife. The chalet was well set up for kids with a bunch of board games, kids DVD'S etc. The owner even bought over a colouring book and pencils for our daughter! The place was very clean, with all necessities provided. The beds were super comfortable and all linen was so cosy - the bedrooms were very dark as well. So we all slept very well.

This place is absolutely amazing! The views are so unique and it is so close to the national park as it surrounds the area with heaps more adventures to be had. With animals all around, I saw heaps of emu’s, Kangaroo’s, guinea fowl and all sorts of different types of birds - from small like a blue wren too large like an eagle. The beautiful scent in the air from all the flowers around and then orchids of avocado and kiwi, and to top it all off the extremely friendly and wonderful owners that we shared heaps of laughs and fun with. Will definitely be coming back. Best nights sleep I have ever had and so much to see. I have so many wonderful pictures and memories and can’t be more grateful.

Location is peaceful and very remote but chalet is dated and furniture in poor condition. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Very small 2 bedroom chalet with bedroom door to second bedroom only opening half way due to size / beds and no storage or room for bags. Does not suit 2 couples or big family. Have stayed in many places in Pemberton with better facilities, rooms and service for same or better price so unfortunately cannot recommend.
