Hayah Al Salam Al Fadi Hotel

This hotel is nothing like the photos online. The room was filthy, I found multiple hairs in the bed, dirty sheets, and a bad smell. Bathroom was unhygienic, and staff were rude and unhelpful. No proper cleaning or basic service. Only good thing is the location near Masjid an-Nabawi, but absolutely not worth it. Avoid this place there are much better options nearby.

Very very bad room service and Evan if go to reception to tell to clean room he said this hotel it's 1 star it's like Khali balli wallahi he saying like for my side please don't go in this hotel

I used many hotel but experience with this hotel was worst of my life.i paid 475pounds for 5nights around 2250 saudi riyal.room was average and people staying on my floor they used to smoke in the lobby and whole night ladies and men talking so loud on fone. I complained about the issue but no one took any action.
