Great hotel, placed just 20 minutes walk to the Cascade complex, close to many restaurants. Room were clean and the staff very friendly. Nice breakfast as well.
Please, Keep Away ! This was the most horrible experience that my wife and I have ever had. The rooms are newly renovated, but dust and dirt are still visible everywhere. CHANGE HOUSEKEEPING! The hotel manager with all her staff should travel more to see high service and hospitality, surely it's not what they offer in their hotel, glitching wi-fi, very small GYM, poor breakfasts, unprofessional front office, that can't do normal check-in at night. We had to wait 30 minutes after long flight, until they found our reservation, which the sales department missed unfortunately. They didn't even apologize or offered any type of compensation.
Due to the Iran-Israel war it is impossible to me to get to Yerevan. I already asked them for a refund (two weeks in advance). They declined it, no explanation. I think this js not fair, and definitely this is not the right way of making business. I am not going because the air space is closed due to an international conflict! Once the air space is open again I will go to Yerevan as originally planned, but definitely to a different hotel. They lost a customer. I don’t want to give my money or time to a heartless company.
