Haydarpasha Palace

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Haydarpasha Palace in Alanya, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was top-notch. If you're looking for a hotel where hygiene, service, attention to detail, and quality are taken seriously, don't look further, this is the place to be. What stood out the most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Everyone made a genuine effort to ensure guests felt welcome and well cared for. In particular, I want to give a special shout-out to Esra Oztekin, a waitress in the restaurant. Esra is an absolute gem, her warm personality, enthusiasm, and the joy she brings to her work truly made a difference in our stay. She listens carefully to guests’ wishes and always goes the extra mile with a smile. Staff like her elevate the entire experience. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and I can confidently say that Haydarpasha Palace ranks in my personal top 3. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, you’ll find everything you need here for a perfect vacation. The facilities are modern and clean, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is both luxurious and comfortable. Thumbs up to the entire team, and once again, a heartfelt thank you to Esra for making our stay even more memorable. I will definitely be returning!

An amazing resort for families, the kids had a wonderful time. Full of activities/entertainment/shows, whilst the restaurant serves a variety of high quality food in all 3 meals. The staff are really hospitable and helpful. The girls in the patisserie, Melissa & Melika were very helpful. We had a photography session with Tommy, who again was very good and helpful. Overall, Would definitely comeback as even during peak times, full capacity, the hotel is run very efficiently without any overcrowding. Con: no irons available due to policies across Turkey, therefore carry your own or ironing service takes 24hrs. Whilst the local shops sell irons for 50+ Euros for a cheap unknown brand.

We had the most amazing family holiday at Haydarpasha Palace! Travelling with our two children (ages 6 and 3), we spent nearly every day at the kids’ pool - it was super clean, safe, and perfect for hours of fun. The drinks service by the pool made it perfect for the adults too! There were endless activities for the kids, and we made so many lovely memories together as a family. The entertainment and animation team were brilliant - there was always something going on, and the atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. A huge thank you to Mami, who really looked after us and made our stay extra special. He knew us by name and always made time to chat and check in, our little ones adored him too! We couldn’t recommend this place enough for families. If you're looking for somewhere to relax, be entertained, and enjoy proper quality time with the kids, this is the spot!
