What a lovely hotel! We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary here - we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a huge suite, it was the perfect location to get around London (5 mins walk to Piccadilly tube). All staff we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there and willing to help. We didn’t get to use the pool or eat at the restaurants due to other plans but would definitely go back!
Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. It is high quality in every aspect. The concierge service is sensational. Breakfast is super nice, dinner as well. I have been to many hotels, this is in my top five. Thank you.
We love this hotel! Our favourite hotel in the world! Staff are amazing and make us feel right at home the minute we arrive. Rooms are perfect….the design work of Kit Kemp is unbeatable. Staff often make the difference, and Sara Elkamouni was just fantastic in all regards! We will keep coming back!
