The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms are small, though that’s fairly typical by European standards. One drawback is the location—it’s somewhat off the beaten path, which makes getting to major sightseeing spots more of a challenge. There aren't many dining options nearby either, which was inconvenient, especially since the hotel doesn't have an on-site restaurant. Service was fine overall, and the staff was kind and courteous throughout our stay.
The hotel on its own is fine and the people that work there are nice. It is a bit far from the centre. However, during my stay 1 week ago, the fire alarm went off during 3 hours of my stay. Including late evening and early morning. I asked them if they could do something for me because rest is the most important thing for a hotel. They said that someone was smoking in the room (that must happen more often), and that's why the fire alarm went off. They could only give me the tourist tax for free because the manager was not there. besides that was the mattress hard. I can not say that I had a restful stay in the hotel.
Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I booked this accommodation specifically because the listing clearly stated that all taxes and charges were included in the total price. However, upon checkout, we were charged an additional €34 for a 3-night stay for two people. This hidden fee felt like a deliberate scam — very dishonest and unprofessional behavior. Breakfast was extremely basic: just two slices of salami and one slice of cheese. On the first day, they served burnt croissants that no one ate, and they made no effort to replace them. While the hotel was clean, it looked nothing like the photos — it’s much older and more worn down in reality. For the price we paid, it was absolutely not worth it. The only positive thing was the bus stop right in front of the hotel. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
