Headfort Arms Hotel

5⭐️ A Wonderful Family Dinner Experience We visited the Headfort Arms Hotel restaurant for a family dinner and were genuinely impressed. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed evening. Prices were very fair and matched the high quality of the dishes. Overall, we had a lovely experience and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I haven't stayed here. But I would like to say it's a beautiful hotel. Gorgeous inside and understated from the outside. It's a favourite place to hold weddings and christenings and other family like events. The town of Kells is lovely. Quaint little town on a hill, that's how I see it. I have been inside this hotel and it's cosy entrance doorway and welcoming reception is a nice place to rest for a moment if u have been on a long bus journey. It's very nice.

Truly the hotel was fine. But the restaurant staff were very careless, and the service was slow even though it was almost empty. My meat was overcooked, and my brother had to wait 30 minutes for his food because the waitress “forgot” (that's what she said) to write it down. It also quite long for us to receive our drinks after we requested another round. After complaining about this to the waitress she confirmed to us that our desserts would be removed off our bill and put on the house. After asking for our bill and having to wait almost an hour, it came back complete without our desserts removed from the amount. The food was also mediocre at best.
