Heart hotel is a gem! Perfectly located near everything, the service is incredibly friendly, the rooms are stylish, and the bed is super comfy. What truly impressed me was their exceptional understanding and kindness towards my friend with dementia. Highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and welcoming stay!
Ideal location, very small rooms, even smaller balcony, and they will not accept cash as payment, i used to stay there quite often but refuse to now because of their no cash policy, FFS covid finished years ago.
Expected a five star hotel, but was really disappointed. There are no facilities in this accommodation besides a bed and bathroom. Even basic seating inside the room was lacking and there's no communcal lounge room besides a few couches at reception. Communication was also very average. Rooms are very clean though, but this would be the bare minimum at $300 per night.
