Heart Hotel Milano

Very nice room, very spacious, good quality material. The hotel is not too big but it’s cozy and very convenient to the metro if needed. But I walked everywhere. Nice staff!

A solid hotel in the centre of Milan. The location is superb - not far from Porto Nuovo, walking distance to Monumental Cemetry, Duomo, Isola etc. Price/location couldnt be better. There is no parking, you can park outside or there is a parking structure about 5 min away for 20€ a day. The hotel is pretty small, and modern techno dark - I guess it is a solution for not a lot of light/windows or space. The walls are charcoal black. The room is somewhat common space with a shower separated by a curtain from the room. The toilet has an automatic light. Big bed, tv, clothing rack, fridge, AC. It is pretty minimalistic, but modern and cool looking - smart and cool solution accomodating the specifics of the older building. Super nice staff, the floors are washed every day, the rooms cleaned, the beds made. It is really a cool hotel in the mid of the city. Pets/kids friendly. espresso in the mornings in the lobby. Highly recommended, Milan is one of thr favorite cities, so we will be definitely back.

We give it a 6/10. It smelled very musty in the room every time that we entered it (like you were entering an old grandmother’s house that doesn’t clean often because she is frail). As a result, most of the time when we were there we would leave the window open. The front desk staff were helpful. We asked for a bottle opener for wine we purchased nearby and they lent us one. The hotel is in walking distance from several restaurants, a park, and a local shopping center. The hotel is almost adjacent to a bar and it was often very busy in case that is something you want to go to (it wasn’t loud).
