This hotel is "on property" of Dollywood, but its is NOT walkable to the park, you will need to utilize their complimentary shuttle to and from as the hotel is over a 50-55 minute walk from park entrance! The resort is very nice and kept up. The pool was nice and had tons of lifeguards (it did shut down for lightning in the area), but they also have an indoor pool that stayed open. Overall a first class operation. Rhonda at check-in was amazing too, went above and beyond, so friendly.
Note if you plan to stay get in early enough to utilize all the perks like the fast passes on the day of check in. The smores at the fire pit and story time were fun. The buffet in the hotel restaurant by the pool was quick and easy for dinner a little pricey $30.00 but drinks are included. Pool was clean and very enjoyable with a splash pad for littlest.
very nice! it feels very grand when you walk in and service is very cheery and kind. it feels at home like and is very clean. the bathrooms outside of the room in the lobby were nice too. the room ordering food service worked very well and it came just as good as in the restaurant
