Had a great stay here! Nice staff behind the desk which were happy to help and great at conversation! Nice atmosphere too which is a big plus. Stayed in a standard room which was still really nice! Especially for the price! Also is close to the train station so travelling too and from the hotel was easy!
Been before to stay but won't go again. No lighting in the lounge. No air conditioning and it was a boiling hot day,had to ask for a fan for the bedroom. Had to climb over 100 stairs each time as lift had broke. No bedside tables to put your things on. Make up mirror provided was a good idea but was broke and in pieces. Bed was very comfortable and lovely shower and towels etc.
Room had no air-conditioning due to electrical fault across the building. To compensate, we were given a dusty fan Damaged shower tray, toilet constantly running all night. Damaged glass stool with sharp edges in the room. Bed was comfy, and the manager was as helpful as he could. But at a cost of £260 we were highly disappointed 😞
